As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 20 years of experience, our products' creator has treated patients of all ages, from newborns to a 100-year-old World War I veteran. Throughout his career in health care, he has always tried to be a good example for his patients by living a healthy life and taking steps to lower his risk of cancer. However, despite his efforts, he was unfortunately diagnosed with stage IV prostate cancer at age 58. The cancer had already spread to his axial skeleton.
Despite this challenge, he knew that exercise would be crucial for maintaining his quality of life. However, due to the risk of bone fractures, he had to be creative in finding ways to stay fit and engaged without using traditional equipment like barbells and dumbbells. He was also interested in incorporating the Weck method of rotational movement training into his workouts. As a result, he invented the dynamic rope, a simple and versatile tool that allows him to perform a wide range of exercises, including explosive compound movements and rotational movements.
